This is Not a Termination Request
As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason.
Membership Hold Policy:
Hold requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment.
Holds are available in 30 or 60-day increments.
You can request a hold only twice per calendar year.
A $15 hold fee applies to each hold request.
All membership payments are non-refundable.
At the end of the hold period, your membership will automatically reactivate and regular billing will resume.
If you wish to cancel your membership while on hold, the 30-day cancellation notice policy still applies.
If you rejoin after canceling, current membership rates will apply.
