Marcela Perea’s passion for fitness and commitment to helping others achieve their goals are the heart of CrossFit 100. Starting her CrossFit journey at 40, Marcela transformed her life, losing 30 pounds and gaining a deep understanding of functional fitness. Her personal experience fuels her drive to inspire others, showing that it’s never too late to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
Having lived in Colombia and Paris, Marcela brings a global perspective and unique energy to the CrossFit 100 community. She believes fitness goes beyond physical strength — it’s about building resilience, confidence, and a supportive community.
All trainers at CrossFit 100 hold a minimum of CF-L1 certification, and Marcela is no exception.
With over 50 years of combined coaching experience among the team, Marcela leads by example, blending expert knowledge with a warm, motivating approach. Her dedication ensures every member feels challenged, supported, and empowered on their fitness journey.

Mya Moore’s journey into coaching began at just 17, driven by a passion for fitness and a desire to help others become their strongest selves. Growing up in one of the strongest families in southeastern Wisconsin, strength and dedication have always been part of her life.
As a coach at CrossFit 100, Mya brings both youthful energy and a wealth of knowledge. She’s committed to creating an encouraging and challenging environment where members of all ages, can thrive and push their limits.

Ian Moore’s passion for fitness started early — he began CrossFit at just 14 and hasn’t looked back since. His dedication to discipline and strength extends beyond CrossFit, as he’s also a Black Belt in Taekwondo, bringing a unique blend of focus, agility, and power to his coaching style.
As a coach at CrossFit 100, Ian is committed to helping members of all ages unlock their potential and push past their limits. His background in martial arts and functional fitness allows him to guide athletes in building both physical strength and mental resilience.

Matt Corr brings a unique and dynamic energy to the CrossFit 100 coaching team. With an incredible background that includes being a stunt double for Sean Astin in the iconic movie "Rudy" and working out alongside CrossFit legend Rich Froning for a day, Matt’s experiences set him apart both inside and outside the gym.
As a CF-L1 certified coach, Matt combines his love for storytelling and fitness, creating an engaging and motivating environment for every member. His passion lies in helping people push their limits and discover their true potential, whether they’re just starting their fitness journey or striving for new personal records.

Mariana Gomez brings a unique blend of strength, intellect, and humor to the CrossFit 100 coaching team. While she’s never had a corn dog (yes, really!), she’s had a rich and diverse career. Outside of the gym, Mariana holds a Computer Science degree and has worked as a software engineer for about 15 years.
In the gym, Mariana’s passion for fitness and her CF-L1 certification make her an invaluable coach. She’s dedicated to helping athletes of all levels push their boundaries and achieve their goals in a supportive and challenging environment.
With over 50 years of combined coaching experience at CrossFit 100, Mariana is proud to be part of a team focused on building strength, confidence, and community. Her unique background and commitment to personal growth make her a coach who truly inspires.

Heidi, along with her husband Kent and their two teenagers, relocated to Glendale and found CrossFit 100 conveniently in their backyard. Since joining, she has felt an immediate sense of community and support from both coaches and members.
Heidi's fitness journey began in 2014 when she discovered CrossFit, drawn by its competitive nature and measurable progress. Before embracing CrossFit, she was a versatile group fitness instructor, leading classes in Zumba, TRX, HIIT, and Piloxing. Her passion for competitive sports, especially soccer, has always been evident.
With a particular affinity for weightlifting, Heidi earned her USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW-L1) certification in 2020. After coaching weightlifting for over a year, she expanded her expertise by obtaining her CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) certification, enabling her to coach CrossFit classes as well.

Ku Mays brings creativity, energy, and a whole lot of talent to the CrossFit 100 team. From showcasing his beatboxing skills in a McDonald’s commercial to his aspirations as a hand model and magician, Ku’s vibrant personality makes every class a fun and engaging experience.
As a CF-L1 certified coach, Ku is passionate about helping athletes achieve their fitness goals while creating a supportive and motivating environment. His unique blend of humor and dedication inspires members to push their limits and enjoy the journey.

Ryan Atkins brings grit, heart, and a wealth of experience to the CrossFit 100 team. A true warrior, Ryan once defeated three opponents in a single day during a mixed martial arts competition back in 1997 — a testament to his strength, discipline, and perseverance.
But Ryan’s tough exterior also comes with a softer side — he’s not afraid to tear up during a sad movie, showing the kind of empathy and emotional depth that makes him an incredible coach and mentor.
As a CF-L1 certified coach, Ryan is passionate about guiding athletes of all levels toward their fitness goals. His combination of toughness and compassion creates a motivating and supportive environment where members feel both challenged and encouraged.
